Resident Portal

Your Resident Portal gives you easy access to essential services, including:
 

  • Submitting and tracking maintenance requests

  • Paying rent securely online

  • Using PaySlip to pay in cash or with a debit card at Walmart, Kroger, 7-Eleven, and more

  • Accessing important lease documents and account info

When a resident submits an online maintenance request, it will automatically create a work order, and Peak Property Management will be notified immediately.
